Directions from Cape Town
Take the N2 from Cape Town, past the Airport to Somerset West. Either follow the N2 over Sir Lowrys Pass and turn on to the R43 after Houhoek Pass, or take the R44 along the coast and turn onto the R43 to Hermanus.
Drive through Hermanus and past Stanford. The De Kelders turnoff is situated 16km past Stanford on the R43.
Notes:
- If you have driven all the way into Gansbaai, you have gone too far!
- The De Kelders sign you want has "De Kelders" written on it and nothing else! There is another sign with De Kelders and other area names - don't turn here!
- A few roads have been omitted on the close-up map. We've only shown the main ones that you'll need to know.
- Some GPS units use the spelling : "die kelders" when doing a town search.

Directions from the Garden Route
From the Garden Route the N2 brings you west past Swellendam and Riviersonderend. 10km past Riviersonderend turn on to the R326 to Stanford. At Stanford turn left on to the R43. The De Kelders turnoff is 16km after Stanford.Umnenge Lodge
At the first De Kelders turnoff turn right into Guthrie Street and drive to the stop street. At the stop street turn right into De Villiers Street and after 1.9km turn left into Eden Street. Umnenge Lodge is on your right hand side.Umnenge GPS
